Priyanka is a commercially-focused, internationally-experienced HR Leader with a track record of delivery excellence across APAC & Europe.
She brings extensive experience of working with Management committees and Boards on complex business issues, including M&A, leadership & organisational development and communications across international geographies .She’s held several key Leadership positions across Technology, Consulting and Digital business across Accenture and helped achieve business results by creating the right Talent Practices and an ecosystem for high performance culture. This included leading several acquisitions , setting up new businesses, new locations and led talent practices through various phases of organization growth ie Rapid Growth phase, Mergers & Acquisitions, Large scale transformation programs and Cost optimization programs.
In her last role with Accenture as Workforce Transformation lead of EMEA ,she led the largest acquisition for Accenture across all continents (Europe , Asia & North Amercia).
As an HR leader, she stands at the critical juncture where organizational ambition meets human aspiration with a passion to harmonize these forces, creating synergies that elevate both the company's performance and its people's capabilities.
